Case Management System/Workflow System! 1 Year, 6 Months ago  
Can anyone explain me the difference between a Case Management System and Workflow Management System? Secondly, can somebody gives me the examples of such platforms. One of them that i know is BMC Remedy platform. I shall be grateful.

Usman, I am not sure if you ever got answers to your questions. I really believe that if there are Workflow Management computer based training program development companies it will help many out there who are interested into learning about This fantastic industry.

Hi,

I would start with the open definitions for the base terms in each (being "Case" and "Workflow")...
Here is the definition of a "Case".
Here is the definition of a "Workflow".

Given the above two base definitions...
Here is the definition of a "Case Management System".
Here is the definition of a "Workflow Management System".

I hope this helps clear things up.
