Dutch-based medical insurance firm Anova, part of the Agis Group, completely overhauled and updated its document management and workflow system with software and consultancy from Staffware, with dramatic long-term benefits to the organization and its competitiveness.The solution at Anova had to accommodate the merger in 1998 between Anova and two other Dutch healthcare companies, Anoz and ZAO. Together, the three now form the Agis Group. The new IT infrastructure had to embrace the legacy systems of all three companies,and the solution had to be available to managers in all three organizations
