On pg 112, he says one of the uses of Signal Events is:
"Inter-Process communication - especially useful where parallel paths of an activity require coordination."

Then the example shows the "Publish Book" example where two parallel paths are synchronized using a signal. However, assuming many books are published simultaneously (that is, there are many instances of the Publish Book process executing at once), the example falls apart - every instance of the process that is currently waiting for the "ConceptsCompleted" signal will receive one no matter which instance fires it. So the example is wrong.
