Issue 53
Observer.Complete and Observer.Notify

Olaf Kruger CT0100 None of the Observer methods (such as Complete, Notify) contain the actual observer’s

identification (aka ResourceID). How is the receiving workflow correlating such a

non-directed observer message with actual observing resource? This would be possible if the

receiving (i.e. observing) workflow associates the resource id of the completed process

(which, after all, was returned to the requester as part of the CreateProcessInstance message)

with resource ids of created instances on all requesters (i.e. observers). In other words, could

we have a comment clarifying as to how observer messages are correlated back to the original

requester (i.e. creator of process instances). (Note that it seems reasonably clear as to how

this would work for _additional_ subscribers as they supply their resource id.) Why not

treat the originator like any other observer?

Issue 56
Management of Keys (URLs)

Charlie Plesums CT0126 Shouldn’t this [the message body of a request] include the observer key? We have some

processes that live for 18 months average (e.g. funding based on court settlements - quoted

early in the case, but not issued until the case is closed) , so the observer’s URL might

change during the life of the process instance.

Issue 58
List of Activities in GetProcessInstanceData

Michael Rossi CT0128 The list of Activities in a process has been removed from GetProcessInstanceData. This is

sufficient for version 1.0, but should be reconsidered for a future version.
